Thermal Positive CTP Plate Specifications

CTP plates on sensitivity: 830nm CTP laser platesetter 120-140mJ/cm2Resolution: dot 1 ~ 99%, 200Lpi Run length: unbaked more than 50,000 times, baked (230c, 2-5 minutes) more than 200,000 times

Substrate: standard 1050 aluminum alloy, 0.3mm thick, electrochemically grained and anodized special for thermal CTP plate

Processing conditions: room temperature, indoor natural light or ordinary white light, 830nm laser source can be different on the plate platesetter

Developing conditions:23c ~ 28 c, Kodak developer or Taiyang developer.

Newly produced developer can be used for 35 seconds at 23c

With the aging of developer, developing temperature is raised, but better not extend developing time.

For newly produced developer, it can have shorter developing time with higher temperature, such as 25c for 30 seconds, but better not higher than 30c.

 

Transport, storage: 10 ~ 30c, hold humidity below 65%. Do not store for more than 12 months. Being transported, with light transportation release, crash, break, fall.
